Delivery Services:

We usually dispatch orders within 2 – 4 business days. Depending on the quantity, repeat orders are usually quicker as all customer artwork is saved to our database for quick re-ordering.

We will work to incredibly tight deadlines and will pull out all the stops to meet your timescales, but once we’ve handed that package to the mail man there is nothing more we can do. We use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within the agreed time, but we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to loss or delay by the carrier. We will inform you of any unexpected delays.

Standard & Special Delivery

  • Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail.
  • A signature will be required on receipt.
  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier should leave a delivery card.
  • Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our location.
  • Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery

This is the next working day following dispatch of your order which is not always the next day after your have confirmed your order. The dispatch date depends on the quantity and spec of your order. Please contact us to discuss your deadline.

International

International shipping is charged based on the size, weight and the destination of the package.

1 – 3 day delivery services are available for most countries.

The package would always be delivered by carrier service (TNT, Fedex, UPS) and not by local mail services – this ensures it is fully trackable and timed service.

Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

The package could be held up by local customs and we can’t be held responsible for any resulting delays.
