Request a quote

As our products are personalised with your own organisations details you need to request a quote from us to let us know what you want, and to allow us to create a sample for you. To do this you can click on the "Calculate Costs & Start Ordering" button on the home page or click here. If you are an existing customer and wish to re-order the same products we will already have your artwork and previous orders on our system - just tick the "Re-order" box on the quote form and you can skips steps 2 & 4.

Upload your logos, designs and fonts

After requesting the quote you will be able to upload your artwork - you will be automatically taken to the upload artwork page and we'll also send you an email with instructions on how to upload your artwork. We prefer you to use the Upload Artwork pages to send your files but you can also send it by attaching it to an email to us or mail it to us on a CD. Review your quote & receive a visual sample

We always aim to process your request and return your quote (via email) on the same day you submit it to us. If you accept our quote and wish to proceed we will then begin creating your visual sample. If you wish to discuss the design with us before we start, please reply to the email and we'll call you back.

The visual sample is a PDF document which we wil email to you and will contain an image of what your badge / key fob will look like.

Receive a physical sample

If the visual sample meets your approval then we will make a sample badge / key fob and mail it to you with details of how to proceed with the order. If either the visual or physical sample does not meet your approval, let us know what the problems are and we'll amend the sample and re-issue it.

Place your order & send your data

If you decide to go ahead and place an order we will need you to email us the personalised information that you would like us to print on your products, e.g staff names, job titles, room numbers. This should be in Excel (xls) or Comma Separated Value (csv) format.

Please remember, the correctness of this information is your responsibility, ie if there are spelling errors in the data you provide, there will be spelling errors on your products or if your data is in UPPER CASE it will be printed on your products in UPPER CASE. Please ensure your information is accurate before you send it to us.

Please also remember to review our terms & conditions before ordering - this is a personalised product and therefore cannot be returned unless it is substantially different from the sample provided or is faulty.

Confirm your order and pay

We will begin production of your products on confirmation of your order and receipt of payment. You can pay online with your credit/debit card using Google Checkout or by returning the order form you received with the sample along with your cheque. Instructions for paying online will be included with the order form.

Google chedckout is a secure online payment service provided by the worlds leading search engine company, your card details will not be visible to us and will not be stored on our system at any time. Using Google Checkout keeps our costs low and we do not pass on any of the card processing charges to you.

Delivery of your order

We will send your order out as soon as production is complete, you will normally receive your order within 3 - 5 days. If you have an urgent deadline to meet please let us know and we will do everything we can to speed up the order process
